About me
For the past two decades, I’ve worked with individuals, couples and families to foster healthier and happier relationships. My passion for helping others navigate the complexities of life has only grown stronger over the years, and consider it a true calling/gift to support others by meeting them where they are and assisting them through life’s unexpected twists and turns.
My treatment style is empathetic, warm, and practical.
Curiosity, problem-solving, and self compassion are how I work with my own ADHD, and how I work with people who have it. My approach draws from my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Executive Function skills training.
The Importance of Connection.
Connection heals. ADHD is highly treatable once you have support, strategies and lifestyle changes in place. If you’ve ever wondered if you have ADHD, or if you already have a diagnosis and feel that I may be a good fit for your ADHD treatment, please feel free to reach out.
